Wai Keung Chow was born in Hong Kong in 1951. He studied art in Unviersite 8 and previously at the Hong Kong School of Art for ten years and then moved to Paris in 1978, where he resides today as a French citizen.

Chang enjoys painting the quaint small buildings of his adopted city or Paris and tries to bring a sense of quiet joy and subtle warmth to these scenes.
