Born in Seoul, Korea in 1958, Tae-Sung Yung showed an interest in art at an early age. When he was fifteen, he started sketching oceans and landscapes in pencil. By the time he was twenty years old, his talent had developed and he began painting beautiful, lush hillsides.

Yung went on to study art at Yoo-Jin Company in Korea in 1977. Since then, he has participated in several group and solo exhibitions, and is also a member of the Korean Art Association.Yung’s impressionistic style is full of brilliant color and deep texture. His dream is for his artwork to become as well known in the United States as it is in Korea.
