Blinczinger was born in Budapest, Hungary in 1953. In his early youth he was drawn towards painting. After finishing his studies at the Art School, he consistently continued to paint and exhibit.

Blinczinger is interested in a great variety of themes, but he always returns to his favorite one, townscapes. Warm, soft colors prevail in his paintings and his landscapes show a preference for the techniques of the great Dutch masters.

Blinczinger has participated in several shows where his his works were met with recognition.
