RIOS Biography

C. Rios was born in 1902 in Barcelona, Spain where he lived his whole life. He painted mostly plein air art of florals and seascapes that he observed in nature. His artwork was sold in the most prestigious collections around the world. After a long and successful artistic life, Rios died in 1997 in Madrid, Spain. He left only a handful of paintings that are in his family’s possession in Madrid.
